For å kjøpe eller laste ned gratis apps må vi ha en iTunes konto. Det beste hadde vært hvis vi hadde hatt én konto til alle iPadene. Henvendte meg til Apple for å høre om det gikk an. Svar under.

Bettina, I've reviewed your issue and would like to inform that you can create multiple iTunes account with same email address. First you have to create an iTunes account, then you will need to create a new Apple ID at the My Apple ID site and then set it up for use on the iTunes Store and repeat for number of accounts. To do this, follow these steps:

1) Go to the My Apple ID site at:

http://appleid.apple.com/

2) If the site is not displayed in your preferred language, click the Change Language link in the upper-right corner, type the name of your language in the field that appears, then click the Save button.

3) Click the Create an Apple ID button.

4) Fill in all the required fields. Since your email address is already an active Apple ID, you will need to create a unique account name for the Apple ID field (it will need to be in an email address format). When you enter an email address into the form, you can enter the email address.

5) After you have filled out the form, click Continue at the bottom. Once you are taken to the next page, you can close your browser window.

Now you must set up this new Apple ID for use on the iTunes Store. Before you proceed, make sure you are not signed in to the iTunes Store. If there is a Sign Out option in the Store pull-down menu at the top, choose it to sign out.

You will see two sets of instructions below. Follow the first set if you are going to use a credit card, debit card, iTunes Allowance, or PayPal account as your method of payment. If you want to use an iTunes Gift Certificate, iTunes Gift Card, or other code to set up your account, skip to the second set of instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, ALLOWANCE, OR PAYPAL

1) Open iTunes then choose Sign In from the Store menu.

2) Enter your new Apple ID and password, then click the Sign In button.

3) A dialog will inform you that the Apple ID hasn't been used on the iTunes Store. Click the Review button to review your account information.

4) Read through the Terms of Service. If you agree with them, click Agree to proceed.

5) Select your payment method and enter your billing information. If your Apple ID was issued an iTunes Store Allowance, you will have the option of choosing "None" if you do not want to set up a secondary payment method.

6) Click the Done button.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GIFT CERTIFICATE, GIFT CARD, OR OTHER CODE

1) On the left side of the iTunes window, click iTunes Store.

2) From the Store menu, choose Home.

3) Under QUICK LINKS on the right side of the iTunes window, click Redeem.

4) Enter the code that you would like to redeem, then click the Redeem button.

5) When the sign-in dialog appears, enter your new Apple ID and password, then click the Redeem button.

6) A dialog will inform you that the Apple ID hasn't been used on the iTunes Store. Click the Review button to review your account information.

7) Read through the Terms of Service. If you agree with them, click Agree to proceed.

8) If you would like to enter an alternate payment method, please select the payment type and enter the payment information. If you do not wish to enter an alternate form of payment, select None.

9) Click the Done button.
